- 400 g cannelloni beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- Vegetables and crackers, to serve
Combine all of the ingredients and process until almost smooth. Serve.
Instead of infused oil, you can use 1/4 cup olive oil mixed with 1 crushed garlic clove.
