2 heads of broccoli separated in flowers, 2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove mined garlic, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Add all of the ingredients in a large bowl except the lemon juice. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven (400 degrees F *200 degrees C*) until broccoli is tender enough to pierce it with a fork (15 – 20 minutes will be enough). Transfer to a serving platter and squeeze lemon juice. That’s it, enjoy.
