Paprika Parmesan Granola Bars

Paprika Parmesan Granola BarsLevel: Easy | Serves: 8

They can be used as satisfying salad ingredient.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. rolled toasted oats
  • 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2  beaten large egg whites
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened nut butter
  • 1/2 c. freeze-dried vegetable bits
  • 1/3 c. chopped smoked almonds
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

Preparation:

Step 1: Take an 8-inch by 8-inch metal pan with greased foil, Combine all the ingredients and press firmly into the pan.

Step 2: Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees F. Cool completely and remove the mixture from the pan. Cut into 8 bars and serve on a room temperature up to 1 week.

Nutrition per serving:

235 calories, 10 g proteins, 18 g carbs, 1 fat, 5 g fiber, 305 mg sodium
